How to pay
- Choose monthly or the pass.
- Pay it yourself by BaridiMob or a CCP transfer, or send the link to someone who pays for you.
- Upload the receipt on the payment page. If someone pays for you, they upload it from the link. Access opens as soon as the receipt checks out. A person confirms the transfer afterwards.

Questions about the subscription
Can I try before subscribing?
Yes. When you sign up, Oustad builds your personal programme and you try the first step for free (a full lesson, the quiz and an exercise corrected step by step). The subscription then opens every subject, every chapter and the exercise scanner.
What happens when the monthly ends?
The account goes back to the free version. Everything you did stays: your progress, your level, your favourites.
Can I get my money back?
Yes, for your first payment, within 14 days of your paid access opening. Write to us in the Oustad conversation and we send you the refund button there. The money goes back to the account that paid, CCP or BaridiMob, then your Oustad account is closed for good, with no free version and no new account.
Can someone else pay for me?
Yes. On Android, choose the plan, then tap « Send it to your parents to pay (WhatsApp) »: WhatsApp opens with the link. On iPhone, send the one from the Oustad conversation. Whoever opens it pays from their phone, without an account, only sees your name and the plan you chose, and sends the receipt from the same page.
How fast does it activate?
As soon as your receipt is uploaded and looks right, your access opens. A person confirms the transfer afterwards. You don’t wait for the confirmation to start.
